Regarding a question about lighting and color selection in the previous post, someone asked how to choose colour. I’ll briefly share my experience.
Because it’s a normal layer, you can choose any colour you like. My personal preference is to choose orange-yellow colours, so many people say that my drawing are very warm.
But I also like to play with other colors to try out the effect. Here are the samples to show how the different color selections feel.
My line drafts are basically on the top of all colours afterwards, so that I don’t need to redraw the lines. The line arts can be multiplied / linearly increased layer, to make the lines more integrated into the overall picture.
As my lines are not particularly detailed and perfect, I will merge them or create new layers for fine drawing after finishing the drawing. If your line arts are perfect, you can look good without fine drawing! 👌

Here are the usual pictures and manuscripts to show what it feels like to choose different colors
My line art is on top of all colors, so that it will not be so troublesome to make up lines later. The line art can be multiplied/linearly increased, so that the lines can be more integrated into the overall picture

I’m not sure if the English version has a wrong translation, I’ll try to simplify it into point form next time🙉
The previous process also posted a puff wave. It’s too vague here. You can go to purk to see it. The link will be closed.✨
